Customer Service Representative/Call Center Agents

JOB DETAILS:

Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English/Spanish)

We're looking for friendly people with a knack for conversation, a passion for customer service and the flexibility to work weekends.

Full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to inbound calls from customers and sales associates
• Updating customer account information online
• Assisting customers in purchasing items via internet or catalogs
• Researching inquiries via phone, mail and e-mail
• Answering questions regarding purchases and delivery of merchandise
• Assisting customers with establishing payment arrangements on their charge accounts

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, analytical, decision-making, communication, follow-up and organizational skills
• Typing and/or PC skills
• Bilingual positions require fluency in English and Spanish
