Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, HR field or finance
- Must have at least 2-4 years of direct compensation experience - related to skills outlined below.
- Must have deep knowledge & experience in a market-based job evaluation methodology; including participating in salary surveys, analyzing survey results, market matching benchmark jobs, understanding which survey scope factors to use in varying situations/industries, and how to handle non-traditional jobs which can not be benchmarked to market sources.
- Experience with point-factor job evaluation methodology such as Hay point factor or other point factor is needed...
