RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is an hourly role. Assist Disney Vacation Club Members with their travel needs via the telephone and e-mail. Provide recommendations on all suitable options while confirming reservations at the Disney Vacation Club Resorts and Walt Disney Resorts as well as locations through our resort exchange program. Create a magical experience by answering various questions and providing appropriate solutions to Member concerns. Assist with support functions to include but not limited to processing sales incentive bookings, Grand Gatherings, waitlist maintenance, specialty bookings and manual adjustments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
(These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* High school degree or equivalent
* Demonstrated fluency in English and Spanish
* Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
* Demonstrated strong Guest Service skills
* Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills with strong telephone etiquette skills
* Demonstrated problem solving, decision making skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
* Demonstrated typing skills
* Demonstrated strong organizational and problem solving skills with attention to detail
* Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 1 year in hotel , travel, or national exchange company reservation experience
* Proven travel industry experience
* Proven experience in a call center atmosphere
